In the Indulgence Studio – with our chefs Willi Hafner and Lisi Huber at his side – the most amazing recipes
are brought to life. Willi and Lisi make the best Wienerschnitzel in the whole world. If my mommy wasn't a health trainer, I'd live off of Wienerschnitzel.
My specialty is grilling, seasoning and refining meals (like frozen pizzas – haha!). But during mushroom
season (July, August) the guests' kids and I make an excellent "mushroom goulash".
Apropos Holidays – My 10 kid holiday tips:

1. Football at the Hofgastein playing field |

2. Fishing ... preferably in Rauris, because there is a great fish pond. |

3. Archery in Angertal A true experience and fun for the whole family. |

4. Golf for Kids |
 |
5. Panning for gold It's quite an experience – panning for gold in the Naßfelder Ache. You're probably not going to get rich, but it's still fun. |

6. Horse riding is not my forte. But, the Iceland Horse Ranch "Oberhaitzing" looks nice and there's a lot of girls there too (darn!) |

7. Mini golf A great mini golf course is located |
 |
8. Mushroom Picking in and around our own alpine hut. Afterwards you can prepare them in the indulgence Studio or grill them yourself in our patio. |

9. Computer Games - Say no more! |
 |
10. Conveniently hike with the mountain rail always with an alpine hut in sight - so that a break is never far off. Suggestions include the Fundneralm or the Kögerlalm. |
